Job Description
Intas Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated professional to support end-to-end supply chain planning and order execution activities. The selected candidate will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate demand forecasting, timely order processing, inventory readiness, shipment coordination, and customer support. This Pharma Supply Chain Job plays a critical role in maintaining efficient supply chain operations and ensuring smooth product availability and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to collect, consolidate, and validate forecast data for demand planning activities.
- Support NRP and demand planning processes through accurate forecasting inputs.
- Maintain and review master data in IBP systems to ensure planning accuracy.
- Review customer purchase orders and ensure timely order processing in SAP.
- Coordinate with production planning, QC, QA, and technical teams for batch release activities.
- Ensure monthly supply commitments are met through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Work with Logistics and Finance teams to support invoicing and shipment communication.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for performance monitoring and business reviews.
- Manage artwork and General Sales Text change controls and maintain associated trackers.
- Monitor order fulfilment activities and identify potential supply risks.
- Escalate supply chain issues and support timely resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning, or Order Management.
- Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
