Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Drug Safety Associate within Pharmacovigilance Operations.
- Manage the affiliate mailbox and perform reconciliation of safety reports according to defined processes.
- Perform written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.
- Create and manage case identification activities.
- Perform safety case data entry in the applicable safety database.
- Carry out MedDRA coding for relevant safety information.
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Additionally, support case submission and follow-up activities.
- Ensure case activities comply with client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements.
- Resolve routine work-related problems using established procedures and guidelines.
- Work as an individual contributor while coordinating with the team and direct supervisor.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts, as required by the role.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) qualification
- 1–3 years of experience.
- Applicants should have relevant knowledge or experience in Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Surveillance.
- Candidates should also be comfortable working in rotational shifts if required.
