Pharmacovigilance Jobs at Eversana: Job Description
The Training and Quality Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products by providing timely, scientifically balanced information. Key Responsibilities
- Develop training plans and schedules, and conduct training for team members.
- Maintain training modules and resources targeting tangible results.
- Document and file training forms for all training sessions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Medical Information Management Systems.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and report to management.
- Review and score calls, medical inquiries, and adverse event reports against quality assurance standards.
- Provide feedback and training to Medical Information agents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, PharmD or an advanced healthcare degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Medical Information Call Center experience and training experience.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant medical information systems.
