Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing the global Pharmacovigilance system auditing program.
- Conduct and report audits as lead/co-auditor for CROs, vendors, service providers, affiliates, and partners in Pharmacovigilance operations.
- Perform audits for Sun Pharma sites to ensure compliance with established Quality Systems.
- Manage Internal Audit Observation Database (IAOD) and share audit reports, CAPA reports, and global impact observations.
- Ensure CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) are properly addressed, tracked, and closed.
- Review and close global and regional deviations, ensuring CAPA effectiveness.
- Review Pharmacovigilance SOPs for completeness, clarity, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and review departmental SOPs.
- Support monthly reporting activities.
- Manage training records of the GPvP-QA team through LMS.
- Support internal, corporate, and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards in Pharmacovigilance activities.
- Track and monitor global actions from corporate initiatives.
- Perform additional responsibilities related to R&D Quality systems.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate in Pharmacy (M. Pharma) OR BDS.
- Around 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance OR 2 years’ experience in PSUR/Signal management.

- Attention to detail.
Behavioural Competencies / Soft Skills
- Good spoken and written English.
