Job Description
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is looking for a skilled professional with experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Labware LIMS activities, specifications, inventory, quality documentation, analyst qualification records, instrument registration, incident investigations, CAPA, change control, Quality Risk Management (QRM), and instrument interface activities while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and approve RBE masters in Labware LIMS.
- Prepare Specifications and STPs using the Labware LIMS application.
- Manage stock preparation and inventory, including chemicals, standards, and columns in LIMS.
- Handle master records, resolve LIMS-related issues, and support system requirements.
- Maintain analyst qualification records and instrument registration in LIMS.
- Identify departmental training needs and ensure timely completion.
- Investigate incidents, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) cases.
- Handle Change Control and CAPA activities related to the Quality Control department.
- Evaluate and communicate changes in Specifications, STPs, and SOPs.
- Periodically review and verify Specifications and STPs.
- Compile Quality Risk Management (QRM) data.
- Perform instrument interface activities along with SAT and UAT.
