Job Description
This Zydus Career opportunity involves supporting vaccine manufacturing, aseptic processing, quality management systems, quality control testing, and production operations. Selected candidates will work in GMP-regulated environments and contribute to maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing excellence
Key Responsibilities
Formulation & Filling
- Operate aseptic formulation, filling, lyophilization, filtration, CIP, and SIP equipment.
- Execute batch documentation and manufacturing protocols.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements during production activities.
Vaccine Manufacturing QMS
- Manage deviations, change controls, investigations, and audits.
- Handle TrackWise documentation and compliance records.
- Prepare SOPs, BMRs, and quality documentation.
Quality Control
- Perform RT-PCR, ELISA, virus titration, and cell-based assays.
- Conduct in-process, release, and stability testing for vaccine products.
- Operate analytical instruments and maintain testing documentation.
Plant Operations
- Operate automated aseptic filling, sterilization, and lyophilization systems.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B. Pharm
- Experience: 2–7 years of relevant pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine manufacturing, quality control, or production experience.
Required Skills
- GMP compliance and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Vaccine manufacturing and aseptic processing knowledge.
- Batch record and SOP management.
