Key Responsibilities
Production (OSD – Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling)
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as per SOPs
- Ensure batch manufacturing activities are carried out as per GMP guidelines
- Maintain in-process documentation and batch records
- Coordinate with QA/QC for compliance checks
QC (IP/FP, Stability, Nasal)
- Perform analysis of in-process, finished product, and stability samples
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with validated analytical methods
- Support investigations of deviations and OOS results
QA (IPQA, QMS, Validation, Market Complaints, CSV)
- Conduct in-process quality assurance checks during manufacturing
- Maintain quality management system documentation
- Support validation and qualification activities
- Handle market complaints and ensure compliance reporting
