The Clario Project Manager I will oversee electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing clinical studies from startup through to project closeout, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while supporting U.S.-based customers during Eastern Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of eCOA clinical studies.
- Managing cross-functional project teams and study activities.
- Gathering customer requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
- Developing and maintaining study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating study devices, equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and management.
- Preparing and distributing study status reports, project metrics, and communications.
- Monitoring project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Managing project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and scope changes.
Clario Project Manager I Eligibility Criteria
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 1 to 4 years of project management experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or related industries.
