Job Description
The pharma job at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories involves critical responsibilities, including the preparation, review, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates will also be tasked with preparing various protocols and reports, such as Confirmatory Batch Protocols and Process Performance Qualification/Validation Protocols. The role requires strong decision-making skills and a good understanding of injectable processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation, review, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Preparation, review, and approval of various protocols and reports, including Confirmatory Batch Protocol and Stability Protocol.
- Management of team assignments and monitoring of daily deliverables.
- Designing Master Batch Records (MBRs) in compliance with SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Document circulation to cross-functional teams for review and approval.
- Creation and modification of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Recipes in SAP.
- Inter and intra communication for sending BOM messages to cross-functional teams.
- Follow-up for BOM and Recipe-related tasks for Exhibit, Validation, and Commercial products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc
- Experience:
- Exposure to MES Design.
- Good knowledge of injectable manufacturing processes.
- Experience with SAP and pharmaceutical documentation systems.
