Job Description
The QA QC job openings at Viatris involve crucial roles in ensuring the highest standards of quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Candidates will be responsible for Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) tasks, including RM/PM/Stability/FG/Method Transfer & Laboratory Investigation, as well as IPQA/QMS & Investigation/AQA. Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and other instrumental analysis is essential for QC roles, while QA candidates should focus on analytical data review and audit trail review.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct RM/PM/Stability/FG/Method Transfer & Laboratory Investigations.
- Perform in-process quality checks and line clearance.
- Review batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR).
- Engage in analytical data reviews and audits.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS).
- Participate in investigations related to quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
- Document and report findings accurately.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Sc (Chemistry) / B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Experience: 1 to 7 years in relevant fields
Required Skills
- Proficiency in handling HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.
- Strong understanding of quality control and assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
