Job Description
- Support healthcare operations and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations.
- Help identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
- Support teams in maintaining productivity and process efficiency.
- Work with prescription drug program processes and healthcare operations.
- Understand how prescription drug claims are processed and managed.
- Assist in formulary development and maintenance activities.
- Learn and support payer-related healthcare program management processes.
- Coordinate with pharmacies and other stakeholders involved in prescription drug programs.
- Gain knowledge of drug manufacturer discounts, rebates, and contract management.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with operational procedures.
- Contribute to delivering improved healthcare outcomes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Your expected interactions are within your own team and with your direct supervisor
- You will be provided with a detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments

QualificationA
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is required.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on night shifts.
- Comfortable working from an office-based setup.
- Basic understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical processes is preferred.
