Job Description
The Healthcare Research and Data Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for cardiovascular medical device markets. The role involves interviewing industry participants, utilizing Clarivate’s proprietary research repository, and analyzing financial, regulatory, and government documents to support market analysis. The analyst will lead ad-hoc projects, manage client engagements, and mentor junior team members, all while contributing to the broader Medtech team’s data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert for cardiovascular medical device markets.
- Interview industry participants and related medical professionals.
- Utilize Clarivate’s proprietary in-house research repository for client insights.
- Analyze financial, regulatory, and government documents for market analysis.
- Lead ad hoc projects and generate solutions for internal teams and clients.
- Manage client engagements while supporting the sales team for business development.
- Mentor new and junior team members.
- Model and forecast healthcare markets, integrating disparate data points.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pharm D/PhD.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience.
- Experience with healthcare forecasting or consulting.
- Well-developed therapy expertise in at least one area of the medical device market.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Mature communicator capable of handling high-profile clients.
