Job Description
This CDM Job at IQVIA Career involves managing clinical data coding activities throughout the study lifecycle while ensuring high-quality, compliant data management. The selected candidate will independently perform clinical data coding, validate coding applications, review coding reports, resolve data queries, and support Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation activities. The role also includes managing coding timelines, performing quality control checks, testing coding-related datasets and programming, and collaborating with Data Team Leads and study teams to deliver accurate and timely clinical data. Candidates will contribute to audit readiness, implement new technologies, and ensure compliance with clinical data management processes, SOPs, and global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical data coding activities independently.
- Manage coding projects throughout the study lifecycle.
- Validate coding applications and coding reports.
- Review coding datasets and programming outputs.
- Conduct data review and resolve data clarifications.
- Perform Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation.
- Execute quality control procedures for coded data.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
- Manage coding timelines and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with clinical data management teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant Clinical Data Management or Medical Coding experience.
