Job Description
In this Pharma Production Job at Cipla Career, the selected candidate will be responsible for executing shift-wise manufacturing operations in compliance with cGMP and safety guidelines. The role involves maintaining batch manufacturing records, monitoring process parameters, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, reducing downtime, and coordinating with QA/QC, engineering, and warehouse teams. The candidate will also support validation, calibration, documentation updates, deviation handling, and ensure smooth production workflow while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production activities as per shift plan
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets
- Ensure full compliance with cGMP and safety standards
- Maintain and review process parameters as per BMR
- Ensure accurate and timely BMR documentation
- Reduce downtime and improve equipment efficiency
- Coordinate with QA/QC for batch-related activities
- Support validation, calibration, and qualification tasks
- Maintain SAP, QMS, and CipDox system updates
- Ensure proper PPE usage and safety compliance
- Handle deviations and support CAPA implementation
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams
Eligibility Criteria For The Pharma Job
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Experience: 3–4 years of total experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum 2 years of experience in pharma manufacturing/production
