Job Details
- Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Costing & Proposals (Early Phase)

- Required Experience: 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the clinical research industry. Experience in team management will be an added advantage.

This role involves providing pricing inputs, supporting business development negotiations, and finalizing agreements and contracts. The successful candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submission of proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for Phase I and BA/BE studies.
- Prepare proposals across services and capabilities.
- Provide pricing inputs and support BD negotiations and RFPs.
- Finalize quotations, agreements, work orders, and contracts.
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, bid grids, cost models, and ARCs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for accurate costing and proposal inputs.
- Ensure proposal accuracy, consistency, and timely submission.
- Maintain quotation databases and track key commercial metrics.
- Prepare reports on quotation turnaround, order book, and pricing trends.
