Job Description
This Pharma QC Job at Lonza Careers focuses on customer complaint management, quality investigations, CAPA coordination, and customer communication within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The selected candidate will coordinate complaint investigations with cross-functional teams, prepare investigation reports, communicate findings to customers, and support audit readiness while ensuring compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supporting customer quality documentation, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
