Job Description
The warehouse officer will be responsible for various essential activities within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP). Key responsibilities include:
- Handling the receipt and storage of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) in the warehouse.
- Managing dispensing and issuance activities of RM and PM.
- Executing all tasks related to dispensing and material receipt per applicable SOPs.
- Updating cGMP logbooks, documents, and verifying/calibrating weighing balances.
- Monitoring temperature, relative humidity, and environmental conditions in designated areas.
- Handling inventory management systems, including SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems.
- Overseeing manpower in the warehouse.
- Managing rejected materials and online rejection processes as per defined procedures.
- Conducting stock verification of materials and ensuring proper reconciliation.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess a graduate degree in Science or a Diploma in Pharm D or a Pharm D degree. A work experience of 2 to 7 years in a relevant field is preferred.
