- Position: Junior Research Assistant (One)

- Project Title: Exploration of multi-targeted Novel Aza-/Thia-heterocycles as selective Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and β-Secretase (BACE1) Inhibitors: A systematic Investigation towards the development of Anti-Alzheimer’s agents
- Salary: ₹25,000/- per month (Consolidated)
- Duration: Initially for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
Under this NIPER Raebareli recruitment, the appointment is temporary and intended for eligible Uttar Pradesh residents seeking project-based pharmaceutical research experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualifications: MS Pharm/M. Pharm./MTech in Pharmacology/Pharmacology & Toxicology/Regulatory Toxicology/Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry or MVSc (Pharmacology/Pathology/Biotechnology) or M.Sc. (Life science/Neuroscience/Biochemistry/Pharmacology/Toxicology/Organic Chemistry) with at least 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 60% marks.
- The candidate must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- Desirable Qualification/Skills: GPAT/GATE/NET qualification and research experience in related areas, such as hands-on experience in animal handling, enzyme-based assay, cell culture, and molecular biology techniques.
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 years (with relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/women and physically handicapped candidates as per Government of India norms).
