Job Description
This pharma manufacturing job at Zentiva Careers involves executing production and packing operations while ensuring compliance with GMP, GQS, HSE, and ISO standards. The selected candidate will implement production schedules, coordinate with cross-functional departments, manage shop floor activities, support process validation, and ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production activities as per the monthly production schedule.
- Perform pharmaceutical packing and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GQS, HSE, and ISO standards.
- Perform SAP-related production activities.
- Handle operators, contractual staff, and shift operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchase, and Production teams.
- Monitor production yield and process efficiency.
- Support process validation and equipment qualification.
- Conduct GMP, Data Integrity, HSE, and process training.
- Maintain production documentation and plant assets.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions and ensure workplace safety.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Experience: 1–6 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Preference for candidates with packing operations experience.
