Job Description
The Quality Specialist III role involves a range of responsibilities focused on complaint processing and quality assurance. The specialist will engage in receiving, trending, logging, and coordinating the return of samples related to product quality complaints. This includes handling complaints received through various channels like phone and email, ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance Services Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functions associated with complaint processing, including trending and logging.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the QAS Intake team, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Handle high-profile complaints and conduct end-of-day reviews for documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance operational excellence.
- Support audits and inspections of the QAS group.
- Provide data related to product complaints and identify automation opportunities.
- Engage in voice processes, including incoming and outgoing calls to customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1-4 years of experience in complaints handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Master’s degree (M. Pharm), or MSC.
- Understanding of the US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is preferred.
- Knowledge of product quality complaints, investigations, and data integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST).
- Experience in a regulated market is preferred.
- Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
