Job Description
The Scientific & Medical Writer will curate and validate content for AdisInsight and AskAdisAI through summarization of key drug development milestones from multiple sources, such as trial registries and media releases. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to advance their career in pharmaceutical intelligence while contributing to strategic decisions for global pharmaceutical organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and validate content for AdisInsight and AskAdisAI.
- Consolidate information from multiple sources such as studies published in leading medical journals, trial registry websites, and media releases.
- Apply understanding of Pharma, Medical, and Clinical Trial terminologies.
- Identify key data and accurately input information into predefined fields and tables, including status, phase, design, endpoints, treatments, results, and trial timelines.
- Write accurate and concise summaries capturing key elements from published reports and updates.
- Contribute and support the project through query resolution for peer team members.
- Perform additional responsibilities delegated by the team lead or manager.
- Guide less experienced team members.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of total experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organization.
