Job Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological analyses including Bioburden Testing, Microbial Limit Test (MLT), Sterility Testing, Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), Water Analysis, and other routine evaluations as per approved procedures.
- In this Senior Officer QC Testing role, review and interpret analytical results against established specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct environmental monitoring of microbiology laboratories, cleanrooms, and controlled manufacturing areas.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain microbiological media inventory and reconciliation records.
- Execute analytical method validation, verification, and qualification activities as assigned.
- Report and document Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) excursions.
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory efficiency, testing methodologies, and compliance systems.
- Support CAPA implementation, change control activities, and risk assessment processes.
Eligibility for Senior Officer QC Testing
- 2-5 years of experience in microbiological testing within a pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in microbiological instrumentation handling and laboratory practices.
