Job Description
This clinical research job involves managing clinical trial activities from site selection to study close-out while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). As part of a Sun Pharma career, the selected candidate will coordinate with investigators, ethics committees, CROs, and cross-functional teams to support successful execution of clinical research studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site feasibility and identify suitable investigators
- Negotiate study budgets and execute study-related contracts
- Prepare and submit study documents for Ethics Committee approvals
- Oversee investigational product (IP) dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation
- Perform site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Train investigators and site staff on study protocols and GCP
- Monitor participant recruitment and data quality
- Ensure timely reporting of SAEs and SUSARs
- Identify site risks and implement CAPA where required
- Coordinate with CROs and internal teams for data management and database lock activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related health science discipline, and/or Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCR)
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in clinical research

- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge
- Understanding of clinical trial regulations
- Experience in Phase III and Phase IV clinical trials
