Rubicon Senior Officer Job Description
The purpose of this Rubicon Senior Officer role is to review documents and monitor manufacture scale-up and exhibit batches for smooth transfer of pharmaceutical formulations from R&D to the manufacturing site. The position is for a Senior Officer/Executive in the Technology Transfer department, reporting to the GM of Tech Transfer, located in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities

Documentation: Review batch records like BMR & BPR, SFG, and FG code creation and approval from CFTs. Prepare various protocols and reports related to process optimization, evaluation, validation, and product transfer.

Batch Execution: Coordinate and monitor scale-up, exhibit, and process validation batches at the manufacturing site, ensuring adherence to approved protocols and addressing process challenges.

Coordination & Cross-Functional Support: Act as a center point of contact between R&D, Product Development, Manufacturing, QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering for timely execution of batches.

Change Control & Investigations: Initiate, track, and ensure timely closure of Change Controls related to product or process transfers, compiling and analyzing process data for investigations and CAPA activities.
Rubicon Senior Officer Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: M Pharm (Pharmaceutics)

Knowledge of unit operations involved in the manufacturing of solid oral dosage forms, including granulation, blending, compression, coating, and capsulation.

Basic knowledge of QMS (change control, deviation, etc.)
Additional Notes: The role is expected to work in all shifts.
